In many cases, an Anniversary Party (or Reception) can be much like a Wedding Reception. There are activities from a Wedding that may be applied to an Anniversary Reception. Your Anniversary Party will include all your family and friends to share this wonderful time with you. Anniversaries should be FUN and MEMORABLE for all your guests.

There is a VERY Special Anniversary Couple that is treated just like a new Bride and Groom. Children, family and friends are present to share this Special Moment with their parents.

The Sound Spectrum understands the tastes and music of the older generation and will provide services to meet that goal. Music can be selected from the era of the Anniversary Couple so they can enjoy the memories of the day they were married.


ANNIVERSARY RECEPTION COORDINATION SHEET

We have been entertaining at Reception since 1966 and have performed at hundreds of Anniversary Parties just like yours. Because of our experience and knowledge, we can help plan your special Anniversary Reception. The Format below is recommended for most Receptions. It offers ideas which may help to have a successful Reception. Each event will be arranged and announced for you in a PROFESSIONAL manner. We will COORDINATE all activities so you can enjoy the Celebration. Please remember that this is only a guide and can be altered in any way to fit your requirements. Background music (lite rock, jazz, instrumental, etc.) will be started when your Guests begin to arrive and continue until the First Dance.

We would like you to supply the requested information below to assist us in organizing your Reception with a PERSONAL TOUCH. We will contact the persons and/or businesses to help coordinate everything for you. Once this is done, you can relax and enjoy the fun.

16. Open Dancing: Persons who caught the Bouquet will start next song with partner. Dance music for Guests.
17. Last Dance: This is dedicated to Anniversary Couple. They will start the dance, then all remaining Guests will be asked to join hands and form a circle around the Anniversary Couple on the dance floor.

I prefer to work with the Anniversary Couple or Organizer to personally help plan their Reception. I will contact you two or three weeks before your Party to insure that every detail has been worked out to your expectations. This sheet should be returned to The Sound Spectrum before this time so we can confirm all arrangements and music. Contact will be again made one week before Party to accommodate any last minute changes.
